Camping on the Umpqua River

This is Island Campground on the Umpqua River.  It is just downstream from the Toketee Ranger Station, on Highway 138.  Remarkably, there were no mosquitoes!  Bob seemed a little surprised that I wanted to take his picture, but the river was so beautiful.  No running water in the camp, so he was getting dishwater.
